I work with clients to help them achieve their goals around the following:
improving their mental toughness to perform consistently under pressure
effectively manage and reduce stress and its symptoms
being more influential and better communicators
developing their decision-making and leadership skills
I use a variety of tools and approaches drawn from cognitive behavioural training, sports psychology, neuroscience and personal development.
